How we handle it

Paint that has gone dull is usually not worn out, it is scratched. Thousands of fine swirls from washing scatter the light and flatten the color. We machine-polish the clear coat back to a level surface, which takes the swirls and light scuffs with it, then refine and protect the finish. On a car that is otherwise sound, it is the cheapest thing that makes it look new.

If a claim is involved, we work directly with your insurance company, from the first estimate to the final invoice. You approve the estimate before the work starts, and you hear from us if anything turns up once the panels come off.
