What we collect, and what stays off
The details you send so we can reply, and the optional map that does not load until you allow it.
When you send a contact or booking request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, service, preferred drop-off time, vehicle notes, and message. We use them to respond to your request.
We send form requests to Basin, our form-processing provider, so Basin receives and processes that information for us. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a form.
Google Maps is optional. It is not loaded unless you choose to allow optional content and then ask to show a map. Your allow or reject preference is stored only in this browser's local storage so the site can remember your choice.
